Carseats involved in motor vehicle accidents are no longer safe to use. The integrity of the carseat could be compromised, and it is impossible to tell to what extent it may have been damaged. We believe in providing warmth, confidence, and hope to children in need through the gift of a brand new winter coat. Each applicant must be applying as a full-time student into an accredited school, vocational or technical program. The scholarships will be awarded deserving individuals whose application and essay demonstrate a commitment to serving others, which can include family, friends and the larger community. Partnering with Microsoft, the Benevolent fund helps pick up some of the 25,000 gifts donated by Microsoft employees and their families to nonprofits in the Seattle area. During the holidays, Hopelink's special gift drive helps parents in the community provide memories for their children who would otherwise go without at this time of year.
